Construction Project Scheduler
Location: Medford, Oregon

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to support operations and field teams across a diverse portfolio of construction projects. This role works closely with Superintendents and Operations leadership, owning the majority of project scheduling while also supporting bids, proposals, and overall project planning.
This is a hands-on, collaborative position offering strong mentorship, high visibility, and long-term growth potential within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Support approximately 15 Superintendents with planning, sequencing, and scheduling
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to review schedules and progress
- Own the majority of scheduling responsibilities across active projects
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager on planning and execution
- Assist with bids and proposals in collaboration with Superintendents
- Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Work closely with field teams and leadership in an onsite environment
Candidate Qualifications
- 5–10 years of construction scheduling, project controls, or related experience
- Experience across multiple project types (not single-sector)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project (required)
- Comfortable working onsite and visiting jobsites regularly
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable in a structured, operations-driven environment
Tools & Logistics
- Microsoft Project required
- Regular jobsite travel (mileage reimbursed)
- Onsite office presence expected
