Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to support active projects across a diverse portfolio that includes public works, commercial, and multifamily construction. This is a high-impact role working closely with field leadership and operations to drive project timelines, improve coordination, and support successful execution from preconstruction through completion.

This position offers strong mentorship, long-term growth potential, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how projects are planned and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Support 15+ Superintendents with planning, sequencing, and schedule optimization
  • Partner closely with the Operations Manager to align schedules with field execution
  • Participate in jobsite visits to track progress and validate schedules
  • Assist with bid preparation and proposal support as needed
  • Identify scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Maintain schedule accountability across multiple active projects
  • Collaborate with field teams and leadership in a hands-on, onsite environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of construction scheduling or project controls experience
  • Background working across multiple project types (public works, commercial, multifamily, etc.)
  • Experience with a mid-to-large General Contractor strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Strong communicator who works well with superintendents and leadership
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Open to regular jobsite visits and onsite collaboration
