Our client is a leading full-service restoration company with a national footprint. They help both residential and commercial clients recover from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property losses with rapid 24/7 response and exceptional rebuilds.

We’re expanding in the Pittsburgh area and are looking for a driven Field Sales Professional to help us grow.

About the Role

This is a hunter-focused field sales position. You’ll identify and develop new opportunities, build accounts from the ground up, and strengthen relationships with existing clients across your territory. You’ll work closely with our operations team to ensure every client enjoys a seamless experience from first contact to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan targeting high-potential account
• Prospect for new opportunities through outreach, networking, and events
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, turning activity into revenue
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision-making processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of field sales or account management experience with a strong focus on hunting new business
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation, cloverleafing, appointment setting, etc.
• Background in restoration, construction, facilities management, or insurance-related industries is a plus
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within your territory
• Experience with CRM systems

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary + Bonus
• Base: $75k-95k/yr (BOE)
• Commission: 3-5% commission of gross sales!
• Expected OTE $105k-140k/yr+
