Overview

Well-established civil engineering firm looking for an onsite Civil Engineer/Civil Designer to support commercial site development projects. This is a hands-on role focused on grading, utilities, and site design, with strong project volume and long-term stability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Civil design for commercial site development
• Grading, drainage, and utility layouts
• Working in Civil 3D/AutoCAD
• Supporting multiple active projects
• Collaborating closely with engineers and drafters

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of civil design experience
• Strong grading & utility background
• Experience with site development (retail/QSR a plus)
• Civil 3D proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related
• Comfortable working onsite in a small, fast-paced office

Nice to Have

• Stormwater or LID experience
• Experience with commercial or restaurant projects
