Production Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: Up to $150K (negotiable)

Position Summary:

The Production Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of production operations. This hands-on leadership role requires strong operational expertise, team management skills, and the ability to implement efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced in manufacturing and comfortable managing a team of 40+ hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations across multiple departments
• Plan menus, coordinate ingredient preparation, and ensure workflow efficiency
• Assign responsibilities and oversee team performance
• Implement new operational schedules and production processes
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and SOPs
• Utilize production and menu planning software, as well as Excel and Word, for reporting and planning

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of management experience in manufacturing
• Experience in central kitchen or production facility operations
• Background in ready-to-eat or subscription food production
• End-to-end production workflow ownership
• Strong food safety knowledge and sanitation enforcement
• Experience managing 40+ hourly employees
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency with menu planning or production software and Excel
