Remote Sales Representative

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (Remote with occasional local travel to customer sites)

Compensation: Starting at $125K+/year

A growing and well-established packaging company is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join their team. This is a remote position ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in packaging and a proven ability to build and manage a book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a full pipeline of business opportunities

• Identify, cold call and close new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing account support

• Attend monthly in-office meetings and occasional client site visits

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Packaging sales

• Highly self-motivated with a "hunter" sales mentality

• Comfortable working independently in a remote role

• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $125K+/year (base/draw + uncapped commission)
