Join a fast-paced, high-performing team focused exclusively on luxury commercial properties. We're looking for a Senior Accountant or Controller with 8+ years of full-cycle property accounting experience, including hands-on financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and budgeting.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of 3–5 commercial properties, work independently, and potentially grow into a leadership role.

Hybrid Schedule: On site Monday -Thursday, Remote on Fridays.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, month-end close
• Prepare and reconcile property-specific reports: rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, financial statements
• Assist with or oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Support audit processes and financial reporting requirements
• Independently manage accounting for 3–5 commercial real estate properties
• Work closely with property managers and maintenance teams
• Potential for team leadership depending on workload management and performance

🧠 Must-Have Experience

• 5–8+ years in property accounting, ideally within luxury commercial real estate
• Proficient in full-cycle property accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, close process)
• Strong experience with CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, budgeting, and forecasting
• Cash flow management, audit prep, and ERP systems exposure
• ERP implementation experience is a major plus
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Proficiency in Yardi and/or MRI (open to similar systems)
