🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🔹 AIA Billing – Must know how to generate and manage payment applications using AIA forms.
• 🔹 Construction Receivables – Accurately manage billing cycles for multiple construction projects.
• 🔹 Collections – Make proactive collection calls and follow up with clients like a pro.
• 🔹 ERP Systems Experience – Input, track, and manage data in an ERP system (Sage 100 Contractor preferred).
• 🔹 AR Reporting – Maintain accurate logs and aging reports.
• 🔹 Team Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, estimators, and the finance team.

✅ What You Must Bring:

• ✔️ AIA billing and construction invoicing.
• ✔️ Receivables and collections in a construction environment.
• ✔️ ERP system experience (Sage 100 Contractor preferred).
• ✔️ Excellent communication skills – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone.
• This role REQUIRES construction billing experience - if you do not have construction billing experience - stay tuned for other roles, this one is not for you!
