Owner’s Representative – Construction Projects (Fully Remote, Travel Required)

Fully Remote – U.S. or Caribbean (Preference for candidates near a major international airport)

$95,000 – $130,000 base (DOE) + full travel reimbursement

Travel: 1 site visit/month (may increase as projects scale)

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and client-focused Owner’s Representative to lead high-end construction projects across the U.S. and Caribbean. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll act as the owner’s advocate, ensuring complex projects are delivered with precision, transparency, and exceptional client experience from pre-construction through closeout.+

Our portfolio includes luxury retail, boutique hospitality, healthcare, and custom residential projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. You’ll manage a small portfolio of active projects, build deep client relationships, and leverage advanced technology tools (including a fully customized Procore platform) to deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship throughout the entire project lifecycle, from onboarding to closeout, serving as the trusted advisor and single point of contact.
  • Manage workflows, reporting, and communication across 3–5 concurrent projects, aligning budgets, schedules, and deliverables with owner expectations.
  • Lead regular client meetings (virtual and on-site) and travel monthly to oversee progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure transparency.
  • Drive project execution from pre-construction planning through construction delivery; potential to expand scope into post-construction services (facility support, procurement, HR, etc.).
  • Implement and optimize Procore dashboards, AI forecasting tools, cameras, and reporting platforms to provide real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on new client onboarding (first calls, proposals, and closings handled by leadership).
  • Identify and integrate additional services that create value and strengthen long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Procore proficiency and a strong command of construction workflows, including RFIs, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, owner’s representation, or a related client-facing role.
  • Background in commercial construction, development, or real estate; experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Confident communicator with proven ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and advocate for owners’ interests.
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable using digital tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach, thrives in a startup-style environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced credentials in construction management, engineering, or real estate a plus.
  • Experience with projects in the Caribbean or as an expat is a significant advantage.
