Estimator – Hybrid

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to take on high-impact work with a collaborative, forward-thinking general contractor? This is a hybrid opportunity with a well-established construction firm based in King County, WA, delivering standout projects in residential/mixed-use, commercial TI, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.

Position Highlights:

• $130K-175K base (DOE)
• Flexible start times
• Results-driven culture with no micromanagement
• Hybrid work setup (2–3 days/week from home)
• Active pipeline of large-scale, high-visibility projects
• Project types: Commercial TIs, historic renovations, and high-rise conversions
• Construction types: Wood-frame, Type I/III/V, with a shift toward modern methods
• Tools/Software: Autodesk online takeoff platform, BuildingConnected, Excel, Bluebeam

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of estimating experience including Background in wood-frame or structural construction preferred
• Strong in takeoffs, counts, and conceptual estimating
• Engineering experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Real-world construction experience highly valued
