Commercial Roofing Estimator

Location: Delran, NJ (Onsite, minimal fieldwork)

Compensation: $60,000 – $110,000 base (depending on experience) + bonuses + profit sharing

A leading commercial roofing contractor with decades of success across the East Coast is seeking a Roofing Estimator to join their established team. This organization specializes in inspections, repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance for a variety of roofing systems including TPO/PVC, EPDM, metal, and BUR. What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects.
• Review scopes of work from the sales team, coordinate with technicians, and finalize pricing packages.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, develop material lists, and validate scope accuracy.
• Manage public bid projects: read plans/specs, assemble scopes, and gather vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Utilize Roof CAD, spreadsheets, and CompanyCam for documentation and estimates.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and technicians to ensure cost-effective, accurate proposals.

• Commercial roofing experience (hands-on knowledge of roofing systems strongly preferred).
