Construction Sales Estimator/PM

Location: Milwaukee County, WI (Onsite)

Pay: $95K-115K (base plus commission) | Full-Time

The Role

Field-based, client-facing position preparing estimates and proposals for fencing and asphalt projects. Involves site visits, blueprint review, takeoffs, and project handoff. Join an experienced estimating team handling ~900 bids a year.

Key Responsibilities

• Site visits, measurements, and takeoffs
• Prepare and present estimates/proposals
• Interpret construction documents, use estimating software
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with production
• Maintain client and contractor relationships

Required:

• Experience in construction sales or estimating with fencing or asphalt (from a GC preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and bid documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean record

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $95K-115K (base plus commission)
• Commissions: Paid quarterly
