Commercial Property Manager
A well-established and stable commercial real estate organization with decades of success in property and association management is growing! The portfolio spans a wide range of property types, including office, industrial, medical, and retail. This position will play a critical role in supporting board members, property owners, and tenants across a portfolio of 15–18 commercial properties. This individual will be the main point of contact for association management matters, ensuring smooth operations, financial accuracy, and property upkeep while representing ownership interests!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison to association boards, owners, and tenants, providing professional guidance and timely communication.
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial associations, including compliance with CC&Rs and governing documents.
- Coordinate property inspections, oversee vendor performance, and monitor routine and capital maintenance.
- Lead the bidding and management of capital improvement and tenant improvement projects.
- Assist with annual budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting review.
- Facilitate and attend association board meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
- Support leasing teams with renewals or new agreements as needed.
- Ensure timely handling of payables, receivables, collections, and reporting in coordination with the accounting team.
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Real Estate License required OR in the process of earning it.
- 3+ commercial property experience.
- MUST have worked with HOA.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple commercial properties simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
- Professional, responsive, and client-focused attitude with the ability to build long-term relationships.
