Tax Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join our clients growing team! Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagements, including preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts, and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Conduct tax research and provide proactive planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advisory services.
- Participate in business development efforts, representing the firm in the community.
- Ensure work meets firm standards for accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience, with a strong focus on individual and corporate taxation.
- CPA license required.
- Proven track record in client management and team leadership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to professional excellence.
