Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client engagements, including preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts, and partnerships.
• Lead and mentor staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Conduct tax research and provide proactive planning strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advisory services.
• Participate in business development efforts, representing the firm in the community.
• Ensure work meets firm standards for accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience, with a strong focus on individual and corporate taxation.
• CPA license required.
• Proven track record in client management and team leadership.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to professional excellence.
