Location: Onondaga County, NY (Onsite; relocation considered)
Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 (5–7 years of experience), $110,000–$125,000+ (8–10+ years, DOE)

Position Summary:
The Architectural Project Manager will lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships, and oversee a diverse portfolio ranging from small fast-track projects to multimillion-dollar builds. This role offers hands-on leadership, exposure to federal and DOD projects, and potential advancement into an associate partner track.
Requirements:
- Architectural degree (B.A or Masters)
- Licensed Architect (RA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and project management
- Portfolio and references demonstrating design and project leadership
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- U.S. citizenship required for federal and DOD projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from design through completion
- Lead client communication and project coordination
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including structural, interior, landscape, and engineering professionals
- Ensure compliance with federal, healthcare, commercial, institutional, and industrial project requirements
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp in project execution
