We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for a real estate-adjacent company based in White Plains. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of strategy, execution, and future team building.

You’ll be our first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for optimizing a 6-figure Google Ads budget, defining brand voice, shaping messaging, and generating real business results.

What You’ll Do

• 🎯 Own and optimize all paid campaigns, especially Google Ads (PPC)
• 📈 Drive ROI-focused lead generation and performance marketing
• 🧠 Guide leadership on digital strategy — and help us understand what we should be doing
• 🧾 Track & improve marketing metrics (lead cost, conversion rates, sales impact)
• ✍️ Shape brand identity — across web copy, design, and collateral
• 📱 Oversee social media (smaller component, but part of the mix)
• 🛠 Build the foundation for a future marketing department

Who You Are

• ✅ 6–8+ years in digital marketing (agency or in-house — we’re open)
• ✅ Deep experience in Google Ads and performance marketing
• ✅ Comfortable being a team of one (for now!) — with the potential to scale
• ✅ Data-savvy and results-driven — you know how to measure what matters
• ✅ Strong grasp of branding and messaging, especially for professional services
• ✅ You’ve marketed to a professional, successful audience (law, finance, consulting, execs) — not a 20-something consumer base
• ✅ Open-minded and collaborative — we have ideas, but we want yours too

Bonus Points For

• Real estate or real estate-adjacent marketing experience
• Experience building marketing functions from scratch
• Familiarity with lead attribution, campaign ROI tracking, and cost-per-sale analysis
