We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Recruiting & Sales Assistant to support both the recruiting and business development functions of our growing team. This is a fully remote role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for keeping things organized and moving forward.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Client Support

• Enter job orders and roles into Salesforce
• Manage client contracts, calls, and meeting scheduling
• Follow up with new business leads (20–30 daily calls/emails)
• Post interview updates and keep things moving via Slack
• Take detailed notes on client intake and feedback calls
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks

Recruiting Operations

• Input 70+ screened candidates/week into Salesforce
• Coordinate interviews, send reminders, and track updates
• Manage resumes and recruiter submissions
• Post job openings and help manage job board logistics
• Conduct thorough reference checks and send offer letters electronically
• Support resume intake from our website and ensure timely follow-up

✅ What You Bring:

• 3+ years in a recruiting agency or high-volume staffing environment
• Proven ability to support 3+ recruiters or account managers
• Highly organized with razor-sharp attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; tech savvy
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email
• Must have SALESFORCE experience, a well as MS Suite
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to manage time independently
• Able to work core business hours aligned to US Central Time
