Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and coachable Sales Associate who is ready to learn the healthcare real estate business from the ground up. This role is commission-based and best suited for someone who is confident in their sales ability, thrives in high-performance environments, and is looking for an opportunity with no income ceiling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in healthcare real estate through hands-on training and mentorship
- Lead prospecting and outreach efforts via LinkedIn, social media, in-person networking, and direct outreach
- Build and manage relationships with doctors, practice managers, and other healthcare decision-makers
- Support marketing and client acquisition activities
- Obtain a real estate license (company covers training and licensing costs)
- Use platforms such as CoStar and Scout Space to support lead generation and deal management
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in sales (phone sales, car sales, door-to-door, or similar high-touch roles)
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Open to a commission-driven role with high earning potential
- Based in or willing to relocate to the DC/MD/VA region
- No real estate experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow quickly
Compensation & Growth Potential
- $1,500/month stipend during the ramp-up period (first year)
- Commission-based compensation structure with no income cap
- First-year income target: $100,000+ for committed entry-level professionals
- High performers typically generate $500,000+ in revenue by year three
