We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team with customer invoicing, payment collections, and month-end close activities. If you're detail-oriented and experienced in AR (especially in a manufacturing setting) we’d love to connect.

• Invoicing, cash applications, reconciliations, and some B2B collections calls

Key Responsibilities

• Issue daily invoices and process credit memos accurately
• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and discrepancies
• Perform proactive collection calls to ensure timely payments
• Apply payments (checks, wire, credit cards, lockbox) to customer accounts
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve billing issues
• Manage daily credit holds and support AP tasks related to AR
• Support audits with documentation and workpapers
• File monthly sales tax returns

What We’re Looking For

• Job stability and 2+ years of tenue in past roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years’ AR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
