We are looking for an adaptable On-site Assistant Project Manager to support their tight-knit team in a hands-on construction environment in Fairfax County, VA.

Overview:

• Hands-on with submittals and coordinating projects
• Working on multiple projects with several PMs in North VA, Maryland, and DC
• Manage $8M-$12M of work across 16 active projects
• Deal with customers, sit in coordination meetings, and help manage high-stress, fast-paced environments

Must-have skills:

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar in the Construction field
• Strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy with experience in Procore, Microsoft, and Airtables
