Outside Sales Representative – Construction

Are you a driven, hands-on professional with construction knowledge and a passion for helping customers bring their vision to life? This remote, high-earning outside sales role with a construction company could be a great fit.

Looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative based in Riley County, KS, to manage full-cycle B2C construction projects — from quoting and site visits to final walk-throughs. You’ll be supported by a steady stream of inbound leads, an experienced marketing team, and internal sales operations.

Compensation & Perks:

• $40K base + commission → First-year average: $115K–$145K+

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full sales process from lead follow-up to project closeout
• Meet with homeowners, farmers, ranchers, and small businesses to consult on post-frame structures
• Quote projects using internal pricing systems and 3D design software
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

What You’ll Need:

• Local to Riley County or surrounding areas - role will include some local travel
• Construction knowledge — post-frame, ag buildings, or building materials preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Confidence, work ethic, and great communication skills
• No formal sales title required — estimators, superintendents, or field-savvy professionals do well here
