Position: Commercial Electrical Estimator

Location: Clark County, NV

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full estimating lifecycle—from bid preparation and proposal development to maintaining relationships with general contractors and clients.

• Compensation: base salary, plus profit-sharing and commission
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Autonomy: Estimators manage their own book—sales, estimating, client outreach, and proposals
• Project Scope: Mid-to-large scale commercial builds

Tools You’ll Use:

• PlanSwift (for counts and measurements)
• Accubid
• Bluebeam
• Dedicated office space provided onsite

Travel Expectations:

• Primarily local site visits (within a 25-mile radius; company vehicle provided)

Preferred Background:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical estimating experience
• In-depth knowledge of NEC and general commercial construction practices
• Prior hands-on electrical or field experience is highly valued
• Comfortable interfacing with GCs and clients directly
