Are you a seasoned commercial property professional ready to take on a hands-on leadership role? We’re hiring a Director of Property Management to oversee a small but high-performing portfolio in Fort Wayne, IN, including a flagship Class A office property and other premium assets.

This is a full-time, onsite, and long-term leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, roll-up-your-sleeves environment. You’ll lead both the strategic oversight and day-to-day operations of a five-property commercial portfolio.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee operations for five commercial properties, including direct management of one Class A office asset.
• Lead and mentor two Property Managers, guiding performance and supporting their professional development.
• Develop, manage, and track annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital improvement plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties (local, state, federal).
• Foster strong tenant relationships and drive retention strategies that support long-term asset value.
• Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on asset strategy and performance goals.
• Deliver timely, detailed reporting on property operations and financials.
• Use Yardi daily for property operations, budgeting, and financial management.
