Are you a detail-oriented Tax Manager with a passion for working with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates? Our growing firm is looking for a dynamic professional to lead complex tax engagements and mentor a strong team—all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule based in Tacoma, WA.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Review and prepare complex individual, trust, estate, and business tax returns
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to HNW clients and families
• Lead and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants
• Research and resolve advanced tax issues, including multi-state filings
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations
• Collaborate on client relationship management and act as a trusted advisor

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, etc.
• Active CPA license
• 3–5 years of experience in tax management
• Strong background in 1040s, trusts, and estate returns
• Business return experience (1065, 1120S) is a plus
• Proven ability to research complex tax issues and communicate solutions clearly
• Experience with multi-state taxation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for client service and mentoring
