Our client is hiring an Audit Manager to join our growing team in Indianapolis! This role is ideal for a strong audit professional who enjoys leading client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to strategic growth. 🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit clients—ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for key client relationships
• Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Identify opportunities to provide added value beyond compliance
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of professionals
• Support business development efforts, including networking and cross-selling services
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow the For-Profit industry vertical
• Contribute to internal initiatives like staff training and process improvement

🎯 The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of for-profit audit experience
• Experience with Manufacturing or Construction clients preferred
• Active CPA license
• Strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring
• Proven leadership experience and potential for future Partner role
• Comfortable managing both the day-to-day and being a trusted senior resource for the team
• Proficiency with audit software and tools such as CCH ProSystem, CaseWare, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.
