Onsite | Crystal, MN

Seeking a mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join a well-established precision grinding shop supporting the aerospace and medical manufacturing industries. If you’re someone who enjoys fixing things, keeping machines running smoothly, and learning new skills, this could be a great long-term fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 40–50 grinding machines (manual and CNC).
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, especially hydraulics, oil systems, cylinders, and water systems.
  • Manage and document maintenance logs and reports alongside the shop supervisor.
  • Contribute to machine safety tasks, such as welding guards or minor mechanical fixes.
  • Assist on the production floor running longer grinding jobs (training provided).
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Choose the schedule that fits you best:

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in learning grinding operations.
  • Experience with both manual and CNC equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read gauges, follow instructions, and do basic shop math.

Pay & Perks

  • Hourly Pay: $25–$30+ depending on experience.
  • In-house training provided (no certifications required).
  • Growth potential – this company likes to promote from within.
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a team that genuinely supports each other.

If you're looking to sharpen your skills (literally) and want to join a place where your mechanical know-how and reliability are valued every day, apply now. This is more than a maintenance job, it’s an opportunity to grow with a team that’s building something precise and lasting.
