Join our established and fast-paced commercial real estate team as a Property Accountant overseeing the full-cycle accounting for 30–35 properties. This is an onsite role in Tempe, AZ—ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in high-volume environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Full-charge accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank recs, cash flow, monthly closes)
• Collaborate with property managers on budgets, CAM recs, and owner reporting
• Manage property taxes, mortgage payments, owner distributions
• Set up tenants, generate invoices, track collections
• Prepare monthly financials and reporting packages (10th–15th of each month)
• Ensure accurate coding and resolve financial anomalies

✅ Requirements:

• 3–5 years in real estate/property accounting
• Experience with Yardi (or MRI/related software)
• Handled 30+ properties or high-volume portfolios
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cash-basis accounting, full-cycle accounting
• AA required; Bachelor’s preferred
