Are you an experienced audit professional looking to lead meaningful engagements and work closely with leadership—without losing the team-first culture?
We’re hiring an Audit Senior to join our growing Indianapolis office, focusing on for-profit clients in industries like manufacturing and construction. This role starts onsite, with the option to transition to a hybrid schedule once you’ve settled into the team and workflow.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for for-profit clients—owning the day-to-day while collaborating with managers and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering proactive communication and strategic insight.
- Prepare financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Finalize engagement binders and submit to manager/partner for review.
- Partner with firm leadership to help shape and grow the for-profit service line.
- Get involved in staff training, process improvement, and other firm-wide initiatives.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of for-profit audit experience in public accounting (experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus)
- Proven ability to lead audit engagements and collaborate with teams and clients
- A people-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Active CPA license (or in progress, with strong intent to complete)

- Audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ProSystem fx Engagement, or similar)
- Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Various client-specific systems
