Traveling Foreman – Nationwide Installations

$80–100K Base + Bonuses | All Travel Paid

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our team as a traveling foreman. If you have experience in metal building construction, ironwork, or a similar trade — and you enjoy problem-solving, being in the field, and seeing new places — we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with solid pay, great benefits, and a schedule that gives you long weekends to recharge or explore.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the installation of custom paint booth systems across the U.S.
• Hiring and managing a small install crew
• Coordinating logistics, materials, and job schedules
• Serving as the on-site point person for projects
• Solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly
• Traveling to project sites (75–100% travel)
