We’re hiring an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join a leading commercial real estate firm based in The Woodlands, TX. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting a portfolio of 11 properties, offering growth potential, bonus eligibility, and excellent benefits.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Process ~100 monthly AP/AR transactions across 11 commercial properties
- Review and verify invoices, code expenses, and prepare weekly payments (AvidXchange, MRI)
- Post daily tenant rent checks and ACH payments into MRI
- Audit credit card charges and employee expense reports
- Handle intercompany billing and deposits
- Maintain 1099 records for accurate year-end reporting
- Support Property Managers with invoice/ledger research
- Provide admin support to VP of Accounting
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of property accounting or AP/AR experience
- Proficiency in Yardi or MRI is a must
- Associate’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
