Job Title: Accounting Assistant – Hospitality Industry

📍 Location: On-site | Palm Springs, CA

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with lunch break)

💲 Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour (DOE) + generous benefits package (medical covered at 80%, 401k + match, free meal for each shift worked, discounts at pro-shop and golf privileges, Paid vacation, sick and holidays!)

About the Role:

Our hospitality client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our Private Homeowner's client's team in Palm Springs. This on-site position is ideal for someone with a background in office management or accounting, who is comfortable supporting both administrative and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Accounts Receivable tasks, including:
• Preparing and sending invoices
• Following up on outstanding payments and communicating with clients about bills
• Assist with administrative duties, such as:
• Stuffing and mailing envelopes
• Organizing paperwork and supporting documents
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of billing and collections
• Collaborate with internal departments to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in office management and/or accounting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, patient and friendly
• Excellent communication skills, especially when handling collections
• Comfortable working independently and handling a variety of tasks
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Excel, email)
