About the Role:
Report directly to our Director of Performance Marketing. You’re an expert in improving acquisition, sales, care utilization, and retention throughout a member’s experience, preferably in the healthcare or health-tech industry. Additionally, you’re an SME in Active Campaign with a deep understanding of its core functionality and analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Own the development of the lead-to-conversion journey, aiming to increase the adoption of value-added products and services through email and website channels
Take ownership of platforms and oversee the technical implementation of key CRM programs within ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, and WordPress. Lead logic integration, onboarding, field and tag creation, data collection and validation, and collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to achieve desired results.
Own email automation, campaign, and conversion analyses. Draw actionable insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) and present results to key stakeholders
Work with others to optimize sales and retention interventions.
Write briefs and closely collaborate with creative and content teams to manage the delivery of email and push campaign assets
Maintain positive and productive relationships with other teams, including Clinical and Engineering. Ensure consistent, accurate, meaningful, and on-brand messaging of programs and product updates
Collaborate with the Member Success team to leverage member interaction touchpoints, and promote peer support groups, hangouts, and other events
Work with the product team to ensure consistency in website messaging.
Actively write and publish email, newsletter, social ads, and website content at a weekly cadence
Ensure cohesive messaging to internal and external customers across various channels such as websites, social media, and emails
Define specific landmarks in the customer journey, overcome roadblocks, and execute programs that drive new member acquisition, deeper engagement, and extended retention.

Your organizational skills and followup skills allow you to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
You have a strong drive to cross-functionally collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a performance-driven marketing role is required
3+ years of experience in automated marketing is required, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector
At least two years experience in the healthcare or health tech industry - healthtech startup is a plus!
A proven track record of improving lead-to-conversion ratios and optimizing for growth and retention is required
Proven Proficiency in ActiveCampaign, Hubspot or another CRM platform is a must
Experience with building email templates, including troubleshooting and editing code is required
Experience working with the transgender/gender-nonconforming community and/or other underserved groups is a plus!
Compensation & Perks:
$105,000-$115,000 Annual Salary DOE
