We honor awkwardness & experimentation over polish and how things have always been done.</div><div><br></div><div>If our vision & values align with your own, you’re a VP of Finance with experience driving startups through VC-backed funding rounds, and you have a passion for ensuring equitable healthcare for all, read on! </div><div><br></div><div><b>About the Role:</b></div><div>As our VP of Finance, you will lead the company's overall financial health, strategy, and performance, contributing to its mission of increasing access to gender-affirming care for transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals. You will be responsible for developing and executing short-term and long-term plans as well as overseeing all financial operations, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting. You will also maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including investors, banks, and auditors. Additionally, you will manage the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other ad hoc reports for investors and other internal and external stakeholders, while monitoring and analyzing market trends and executing strategies to respond to changes. This position requires a results-oriented leader who can develop and implement long-term strategies while also managing short-term objectives.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
