The company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage the company's social media accounts, create and schedule engaging posts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok; Create and manage ads on social media and other popular ad spaces; Write and schedule entries for the companies newsletter and blog; Involve the community in the company's marketing by encouraging guest content on the company's publications; Engage with, and provide technical support to users on Discord; Produce and manage periodical community events that drive measurable growth; Empower community champions and utilize their help; Engage with beta testers and create feedback reports. Requirements: Prior experience managing communities (gaming/streaming - a plus); Excellent customer service skills; Great oral & written communication skills in English; Knowledge of the livestreaming, gaming and/or content creation industries; Understanding of technological products and solutions for content creators.
