The company is looking for a Sales or Customer Success professional to join our Creator Relations team.Responsibilities:- Reach out proactively to live streamers on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook- Maintain relationships with content creators and constantly work to increase activation, retention and monetization- Provide excellent service and technical support to customers- Engage with agencies and organizations in the industry- Occasionally attend events in-person to help promote the platformRequirements:- 1-3 years’ experience working in a sales, customer success, or account management position- Excellent customer service skills- Strong affinity for sales and negotiation- Knowledge of the livestreaming, gaming and/or content creation industries- Understanding of technological products and solutions for content creators
