The company is looking for a Sales or Customer Success professional to join our Creator Relations team. Responsibilities: Reach out proactively to live streamers on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook; Maintain relationships with content creators and constantly work to increase activation, retention and monetization; Provide excellent service and technical support to customers; Engage with agencies and organizations in the industry; Occasionally attend events in-person to help promote the platform. Requirements: 1-3 years’ experience working in a sales, customer success, or account management position; Excellent customer service skills; Strong affinity for sales and negotiation; Knowledge of the livestreaming, gaming and/or content creation industries; Understanding of technological products and solutions for content creators.
