Currently we are seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

• Handle the full end-to-end accounting process, by overseeing daily accounting operations (including accounts payable (AP) / receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliations).
• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements (monthly and annual).
• Prepare consolidation financial report.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and integration of new accounting technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in public accounting firm and 2-3 years in managerial position
• Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proven leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
