Currently we are seeking a Marketing Operational Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for executing marketing operational activities for our partners, coordinating with them, and handling administrative tasks such as invoice processing and payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication and coordination with external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Create simple marketing content for Instagram, TikTok and partner websites, including graphic design/video editing (if needed) and articles.
  • Manage marketing administration tasks such as invoices and payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an admin/marketing admin.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Interest in TikTok and enthusiasm for exploring various trends and features on the platform.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid system from South Jakarta.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and thorough in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
