About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic individual for our hiring partner in financial services as a Channel Development Manager in Electronic Division. In this role, you will be responsible for drive strategic partnerships and grow our reseller network across multiple channels. This is a highly visible and hands-on role for someone with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Job Description:
- Identify, build, and expand sales channels, including resellers, collectors, and strategic partners
- Develop long-term channel strategies to increase product turnover and strengthen buyer loyalty
- Explore and manage both B2B and selected B2C sales opportunities, including online platforms and direct buyers
- Analyze channel performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with pricing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply to partners
- Conduct market mapping and explore new opportunities across various distribution paths (offline & online)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales or distribution development, preferably in electronics/gadgets
- Strong understanding of B2B business models and and familiarity with consumer-facing (B2C) sales channels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A wide network in the electronics retail market is a strong advantage
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and data-driven decision making
