About the Role
We are in the midst of blitzscaling our lending business — rapidly expanding our branch network, accelerating online marketing pushes, and building stronger customer ecosystems.
As we scale up — expanding our branches and accelerating online marketing pushes — we’re seeking a passionate, structured, and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
You'll be at the heart of translating bold visions into reality — leading projects, coordinating across teams, building relationships with customers, and launching initiatives that create real, measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Drive Go-To-Market Projects: Manage end-to-end execution of lending initiatives — from new branch launches, pilot programs, scaling online marketing, to field activations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the operational hub across Business Development, QC & Loan Approval, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Risk teams.
- Customer Engagement: Build direct relationships with customers to better understand needs, gather insights, and strengthen loyalty.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy Refinement: Analyze competitor actions, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to sharpen GTM strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as loan disbursement growth, branch productivity, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI. Provide structured updates and insights to leadership.
- Operational Playbook Development: Create scalable, repeatable playbooks for branch expansion, online-to-offline customer journeys, and local activations.
- Support Branch and Online Growth: Coordinate expansion efforts — helping grow our branches and boost customer acquisition through integrated online and offline marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management, GTM execution, business operations, or consulting.
- Strong project leadership: You own the plan, drive execution, and deliver results.
