Job Description:

Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, the Senior Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) will take on a key role in ensuring compliance, delivering accurate, and timely reporting. The Senior FAT will also oversee and support Junior FAT staff, ensuring quality control and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions prepared by Junior FAT staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) Reconciliations monthly.
• Take accountability for managing aging receivables and payables, ensuring smooth cash flow and minimal overdue balances.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for complex tax calculations, reporting, and ensuring adherence to current tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial data and documentation for external annual audits, serving as a liaison with third-party auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as may be requested from time to time.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a reputable accounting firm.
• Prior experience in a company specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Tax is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle detailed-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
