Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Pintarnya Job Platform
  • Work in a cross-functional team with engineering, researchers, designers, operations, sales, and marketing communications through the complete product development cycle
  • Triangulate customer, market and business insights to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with new and existing Pintarnya audiences, and drives the product roadmap and go-to-market.
  • Develop impactful go-to-market strategies, ensuring we are effectively raising awareness, comprehension, conversion and retention of our customers with the right message, at the right time.
  • Deliver test-and-learn plans that are measurable and optimized across key channels to measure impact on awareness, conversion and retention to Pintarnya.
  • Manage trade-offs involving features, timeline, cost, positioning, and product lifecycle management

Our Minimum Qualifications:

  • Min. BS/BA degree in marketing/business/engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Min. 1+ years working experience in Product Management with at least one entire product development cycle from concept to introduction
  • Experienced and ability to synthesize technologies into product communication for broad audience including customers, media, analysts, and industry specialists
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap, craft positioning, and define marketing activities
  • Best-in-class oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated success as a product spokesperson
