Job Description

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet client service needs.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure that projects and plans deliver against objectives and are executed within the allocated time and budget.
  • Support the sales team with client liaison and administration.
  • Connect with clients to facilitate the delivery of communication and services.
  • Conduct research on new market trends and incorporate findings into business scale up plan
  • Monitor sales data to measure the effectiveness of plans, and proactively flag any issues as appropriate.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the advertising, marketing, or communications in B2B/B2C industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate activities and ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, staying informed about industry changes and incorporating them into planning processes.
