About the position

We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a leading role in our Employment & Cari Cuan team. It’s a role that will allow you to have a big impact from day one! You will work closely with the vertical leads from business development, operations, marketing, design, product and engineering to shape the priorities of the vertical, building conviction through your insights and analysis.

Best Candidate is:

1. You have 1+ years of experience in analytics
2. You have strong SQL/Bigquery skills and intermediate programmatic expertise, in either of Python or R
3. You have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.) and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
4. You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working in highly empowered team
5. You have a basic understanding of modeling techniques (e.g. regression models, clustering, classification, causal inference, etc)
6. Proficiency in data principles, system and data architecture, and dimensional data modeling
