Job Descriptions

  • Conduct research to identify suitable KOLs and influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and campaign objectivesReach out to potential KOLs and establish partnerships with MG
  • Monitoring campaign end to end & Handling operational campaign activities run smoothly, from submission, curation and create draft mission and Monitor and track the performance of KOL campaigns
  • Prepare all administration and operational things for campaign
  • Generate new ideas and drive and continual of campaign & operations
  • Collect and analyze data from campaigns to assess performance against KPIs
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during campaigns
  • Work with the customer service team to address any campaign-related customer issues promptly
  • Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and manage ongoing collaborations
  • Provide support and guidance to KOLs to ensure they have all necessary resources for campaign execution
  • Ensure KOLs are fully briefed on campaign objectives, key messages, and deliverables
  • Regularly update KOLs on campaign progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Keen interest in social media trends and influencer marketing
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferable has internship experienced in campaign operations, marketing or sales
  • Good management and fast learner
  • Coordinate and communication across team & Strong logical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong work ethics and performance driven
  • Reliable and good player who enjoys fast paced
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
