The Pintarnya Digital Services Team (https://pds.pintarnya.com/id-id) works with Indonesia's largest and most innovative brands offering solutions to build brand awareness and activation.

Currently, we are looking for an Account Executive. The role involves building genuine connections and understanding our clients' unique needs to understand how our solutions can help make our clients a success. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective clients, figure out their needs and offer solutions to key decision makers.
  • Drive end to end sales process from initial prospecting through signed contract.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets according to the sales plan through a deep understanding of Pintarnya Digital Services solutions.
  • Play a key role in creation of new digital solutions and become a “thought partner” for clients.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with all business partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in business development / sales
  • Previous sales hunting experience or related agency sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience working for a brand/marketing agency and selling to brands/companies would be a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Strong in analytical and forecasting skills
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills
  • Strong ownership of tasks assigned with attention to detail
  • Self-driven and proactive towards team needs (team-oriented)
