The Field Marketing Manager, ANZ will manage the successful implementation of local campaigns, programs, and events using the latest demand generation methods. A passion for Field Marketing, working side-by-side with Sales and be excited to develop unique events and digital campaigns would be important. You have a background in go-to-market planning, working across multiple teams and act as an advocate for the needs of the market in a fast-changing and dynamic growing company. You will report to the Sr, Marketing Manager, ANZ.

You Will:

  • Manage successful execution of marketing programs to meet pipeline targets including ; webinars, events (physical and virtual), demand campaigns, digital advertising and several other marketing tactics to support the ANZ field sales organisation (some travel will be required)
  • Communicate and educate the Sales teams regarding new and planned marketing
  • Work with Sales and SDR teams to manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement
  • Use data and analytics to draw insights and improve campaigns; inform team members of performance
  • Support the ANZ Partner Marketing function, delivering GTM campaigns to create pipeline, track status on current activities and results on completed campaigns.
  • Implement multi-channel campaigns that engage our existing customer base audience to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Manage production with our in-house design and web teams, and by our agencies, ensuring execution timelines are met.
  • Work with marketing operations to monitor event performance and implement measures to improve conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Oversee the tracking, allocation and close management of the marketing budgets for your campaigns.
