We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Recruiter (Contract) to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our sales organization by hiring top talent across the DACH region. This is a contract position, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with business leaders to build best-in-class sales teams. Fluency in both German and English is essential.

You Will:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for sales and go-to-market roles across DACH region

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

  • Source, engage, and assess top sales talent using a mix of outbound search, networking, and tools

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while driving hiring efficiency and speed

  • Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations in the DACH region

  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in the DACH talent market

You Have:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in the tech industry, with a strong focus on sales hiring

  • Fluency in German and English is required

  • A strong understanding of the DACH market, with prior experience hiring in the region

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering great talent

Contract Duration: 3-6 months, with potential to extend
