Ping is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and development team. You will report to the Creative Director of Ping's internal Creative Agency and manage the overall success of marketing content at Ping, including supporting our marketing campaigns, SEO efforts and other plans.

You Will:

  • Lead content strategy; advise on content creation and guide development to meet marketing goals.
  • Write and review various content types, including blogs, white papers, web pages, infographics, videos and more.
  • Enforce brand voice, tone and style across all content and channels.
  • Oversee content production as part of an internal agency, including assessing project requests and determining priorities.
  • Manage an editorial calendar and production deadlines.
  • Evaluate journey maps and content performance metrics to recommend actions.
  • Work with external agencies to ensure content alignment and quality.
  • Manage several full-time employees and contractors, providing guidance and direction.
  • Manage content inventory and organization to help marketing and sales easily find what they need.
  • Research latest content trends, customer needs, important keywords and competitor content.
