The Role
Join our dynamic IT team as an experienced Senior IT Engineer and play a pivotal role in defining our technological landscape. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting our IT systems and implementing cutting-edge solutions to drive business growth.
What you will do
- Build an enterprise-wide automation strategy and execute delivery.
- Design and drive IT solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Help shape and drive IT strategy and roadmap implementation.
- Build and implement strategies for streamlining IT operations through automation.
- Partner with Security, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to identify efficiency gaps and implement effective solutions.
What you bring to the table
- A strong customer focus and passion for IT in fast paced environments.
- Proficiency in Linux, MacOS, and Windows, including virtualization and scripting.
- Proven skills designing and implementing network solutions (e.g. SASE, VPNs, WiFi).
- Experience using automation to define and improve IT processes
- Practical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, InTune, Jamf, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
- Experience administering HPC systems and/or cloud platforms (ie. AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in defining and implementing security and compliance controls (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, ISO 42001, CIS controls etc).
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary range from $115,000 - $156,000 depending on experience.
