About us
Following a period of exceptional growth, we are expanding our Talent function and seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to play a pivotal role in scaling our organisation. Working closely with leaders across all business verticals, you will shape and deliver a high-quality, data-driven recruitment experience that supports our ambitious hiring plans. This is a strategic, multifaceted role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building strong partnerships, and is excited by the opportunity to influence how a scaling startup attracts and evaluates world-class talent.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from scoping requirements and crafting role definitions to closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand team needs, provide market insights, and advise on hiring strategies.
- Lead candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring a thoughtful, consistent, and high-calibre experience.
- Manage and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy, process rigour, and meaningful reporting for the business.
- Source high-quality talent proactively using advanced search strategies, talent mapping, events, communities, and outbound market research.
- Conduct in-depth screening calls that assess technical capability, behavioural fit, and motivation.
- Contribute to employer brand efforts through content, events, and talent-focused storytelling across digital channels.
- Use data and insights to evaluate pipeline health, improve conversion rates, and advise stakeholders on hiring performance.
- Support ongoing improvements in our talent infrastructure, including interview training, process optimisation, and documentation.
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related people function—ideally within high-growth tech or startup environments.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and guide processes with confidence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the company compellingly to candidates at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and recruitment metrics to guide decisions and drive improvements.
